Ms. Leahy-Daniels is the founder and inventor of OIKOS Software, Inc. She has over 25 years of financial expertise. Her extensive experience ranges from public accounting, publicly owned billion dollar multi-national companies to small privately held companies. She excels in the areas of tax, treasury, finance and international trade. She architected, developed, and strategically implemented tax, treasury and trade departments from the ground level up. She championed practical and strategic initiatives which benefited the bottom line, thereby improving company performance. Ms. Leahy-Daniels has been a featured lecturer at several universities, including Harvard Business School and is a member of Southern New Hampshire University's International Finance advisory Board. She was a former executive director on the Board of the New Hampshire International Trade Association (NHITA)

Paul Criswell is an Independent General Counsel, providing on-call counsel services to technology companies and other businesses. He has thirty years of experience in representing technology companies through all stages of growth, from formation to public trading. He provides advice and counsel regarding sales and marketing contracts; corporate acquisitions and divestitures, international expansion; intellectual property acquisition, protection, licensing and litigation; dispute resolution; corporate law compliance; and employee relations and benefits issues. He has extensive experience in advising smaller technology companies that are negotiating agreements with large financial institutions or communications companies. He has helped clients successfully negotiate numerous agreements with the largest US banks, brokerages and telecommunications carriers. He also specializes in representing international companies regarding their operations in the United States. He advises several European and Asia/Pac companies who have significant sales and operations in the US.
Previously, he has been General Counsel or Associate General Counsel for three publicly-traded technology corporations, Stratus Computer, Inc., VideoServer, Inc. and Picturetel Corporation. As an independent counsel, some of his past and present clients include Network Engines, Inc.; Endace Ltd., Integrated Research Ltd, OD-OS GmbH, CSPI; Covergence; Converged Access; Indus River Networks; Coriolis Networks; Gotham Networks; Telica and New England Streaming Media.
Currently, he is the editor of the ITech Law eNews publication. He has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Massachusetts School of Law; a contributing editor to the Bowne Digest of Corporate and Securities Law; and is on the Board of Directors of the Wellesley, Massachusetts Municipal Electric Company. He is a 1980 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Law. He has published numerous articles regarding technology law.
